It may actually be my least favorite letter in the Latin alphabet. It&#8217;s just so&#8230;so unbalanced. It&#8217;s like a half circle but not. It&#8217;s straight on one side and round on the other. Usually the top is more curved than the bottom which creates weird proportion problems. It&#8217;s just awkward and I wonder if true typographers feel the same way.<\/p>\n<p>Even though it is awkward and I don&#8217;t like it, I decided I wanted to make a drop cap alphabet and I am. So what does that mean? It means I had to make a stupid d. Should I say dumb d instead to create an alliteration? Ok, so it means I had to make a dumb d. Hope you like it.
