No, not really. Their company is awesome and all but I don’t think I could make modern design all the time. I like to change it up.

Then what am I doing with my design of the day? Well, today was tutorial day. I read a tutorial on psd tuts plus on how to make a mac-like background and I have always wanted to know how they did it and now I know. It is much easier than I would have ever guessed. I thought they used custom-built programs that assimilated random logarithms into colors or something. Its not even close to that complex. All you need is a lot of layers set to overlay and a subtle hand with a brush.

Now I will be prepared if a design needs a subtle texture.
